With everyone who participated, three very worthwhile charities will benefit from the 26th Annual Centurion Golf Classic. Southside Wrestling Club, Andrew Jackson Youth Camp & Heart To Heart.
Southside Wrestling Club: An organization that promotes youth wrestling as a sport to inner-city youths, based on self-discipline, hard work, skill and determination. Your contributions will help provide equipment, facilities, training, insurance and travel opportunities for the inner-city youth who otherwise would be unable to participate.
Andrew Jackson Youth Camp: An outreach program sponsored by the Nashville Fraternal Order of Police that gives some of Nashville’s underprivileged children a chance to build self-esteem, develops a vision for a better future, and creates friendships with police officers. The camp is located on Old Hickory Lake and run by the off-duty police officers donating their time. (www.nashvillefop.org)
Heart To Heart: A non-profit organization that assists in the education of Down Syndrome Children.We here at Centurion Stone would like to thank the staff at Hermitage Golf Course for another outstanding job of hosting the event. Once again the post-tournament dinner was exceptional. Featuring gourmet bar-b-que bologna and grilled steaks by Bill Farmer. Thanks Bill !
We look forward to the 27th Annual Centurion Golf Classic in 2012 and once again raise much needed money for the fore mentioned charities.
